Coalition for the Homeless, Inc.

The Coalition for the Homeless is the nation’s oldest advocacy and direct service organization helping individuals and families. We believe that affordable housing, sufficient food, and the chance to work for a living wage are fundamental rights in a civilized society. Since our inception in 1981, the Coalition has worked through litigation, public education, and direct services to ensure that these goals are realized. Every day, the Coalition for the Homeless helps more than 3,500 people who are suffering in extreme poverty, and in its 40-year history, has given more than 1 million people a way off the streets.

KickStart-International, Inc.

KickStart is a non-profit social enterprise committed to fighting poverty, increasing food security, and building resilience to climate change for smallholder farmers across sub-Saharan Africa. Over 290,000 farmers have adopted KickStart's high-quality, affordable, and innovative irrigation technologies to start profitable agribusinesses. These businesses have gone on to produce enough fruits and vegetables to feed over 15 million people every year, and generate $200 million in new profits and farm wages annually - dissolving circumstances of poverty for 1.5 million people. KickStart invests in tools that best meet the needs of enterprising farmers by increasing their agricultural productivity and household incomes, while ensuring environmental sustainability.

Innovations for Poverty Action

Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) is a research and policy nonprofit that creates and shares evidence, while equipping decision-makers to use evidence to reduce poverty. With a long-term presence in 22 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, IPA leads the field of development in cutting-edge research quality, innovation, and impact. In recent decades, trillions of dollars have been spent on programs designed to reduce global poverty, but clear evidence on which programs succeed is rare, and when evidence does exist, decision-makers often do not know about it. IPA exists to bring together leading researchers and these decision-makers to ensure that the evidence we create leads to tangible impact on the world.

iDE

Powering entrepreneurs to end poverty. iDE creates income and livelihood opportunities for poor rural households. We design and deliver market-based solutions in Agriculture and WASH in 10 countries across Asia, Africa, and Central America. Much more than a collection of technologies and field offices, we are a globally integrated ecosystem of over 1,200 staff, passionate about innovation and entrepreneurism.

Care

CARE works around the globe to save lives, defeat poverty, and achieve social justice. We seek a world of hope, inclusion, and social justice, where poverty has been overcome and all people live with dignity and security. We put women and girls in the center because we know that we cannot overcome poverty until all people have equal rights and opportunities.
