Recent heavy rainfall and catastrophic flooding in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil marks the worst natural disaster in the region's history to date. As the death toll continues to rise, multiple communities are facing displacement and destruction in the wake of the floods, impacting thousands of Brazilian citizens. The following nonprofit organizations have deployed resources to the impacted areas in an effort to support immediate and long-term recovery efforts.
